FULLMOON Menstrual Disc

The FULLMOON disc is a reusable, flexible menstrual disc that collects menstrual flow.

It has an ultra-thin silicone base that adheres to the cervix and slides over the pubic bone at the front. FULLMOON can be worn during penetrative sex and is available in two sizes.

Menstrual discs are a great alternative to cups, if you've tried a menstrual cup and it didn't work for you or if you want to enjoy sex without the hassle.

Use:

Before first use and between each period, boil the disc for 3-5 minutes to sterilize it.

To insert: Wash your hand. Bend the cup, squeezing the sides of the rim together to form a figure 8. Hold the folded cup firmly and insert the back rim of the cup in a scooping motion over the cervix first, then use your index finger to tuck the front rim over the pelvic bone to properly position the cup around the cervix to collect flow.

How to remove :

Wash your hands. Bend and spread your legs slightly while maintaining a semi-squat position. Relax your body, insert your finger and hook it behind the front rim of the cup. Gently pull the disc out, keeping it horizontal to avoid spills. Then wash, rinse and reinsert.

FULL MOON is available in two sizes ;

Size by Capacity:

1. Small: Light to normal flow (30ml)
2. Large: Heavy flow (50ml)

These are only recommendations and sizing requirements may vary from person to person.

Cleaning:

During menstruation, it is recommended to clean your FULLMOON disc by washing it under clean running water. After each cycle, it must be sanitized by boiling in clean water for 3-5 minutes, or by using the special EcoMoonLab microwave sterilizer.
