EDUCATIONAL BOOK "The Treasure of Lilith"

A story about sexuality, pleasure and the menstrual cycle, aimed at women and girls of all ages.

“This book is intended for girls of all ages, since the magic of stories and metaphors is that they convey the information you need at the precise moment in your life when you need it and often without you realizing it, because they enter directly into your unconscious.

Lilith's Treasure will help us convey to girls the beauty and power of female sexuality so that they can walk with confidence and trust in life. On the other hand, it will serve as an excuse to start conversations about this topic, so that girls have stimuli nearby that allow them to incorporate it into their lives and start asking questions.

There is no right way to talk about sexuality, we will simply talk about it when we feel like it, as we do with any other topic. And as with any other topic, we will not wait forever for questions to be asked, but we will start the conversation when we feel it is the right time.

However, remember that a child needs what is explained to her to be meaningful, that is, to have a relationship with her life in the present moment. The most important thing is to be able to read in her if what you are talking about arouses her curiosity. If not, it is better to leave it for another day. They guide us, we just have to listen to them.

When we talk about sexuality with our girls, we usually dedicate a lot of space to the possible problems that can arise. It's as if when we talk about food we only talk about the dangers of knives, accidents with boiling oil, fish bones or indigestion. Try to talk about it most of the time in a positive way.

Take a trip back to your childhood to write down what your parents and educators told you about sexuality. Also write down what they didn’t tell you and how they felt and how you felt when they did it. Once you’ve finished this work, ask yourself what you have left of all this in the way you are accompanying your daughter’s sexuality and consciously choose what you want to make your own and what you want to let go.”
